Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price of the items. (Fabric sold by the yard is non-returnable.) Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order, no exceptions. Refunds will not be given for items that are used, laundered or damaged by the customer in any way. Items must be in a resaleable condition & in original product packaging with all tags. Please include your name and order number so that the return can be matched with the original order. (If you desire a different item, that would need to be handled as a return and a new purchase.) With the exception of Montana Wood Works Furniture, we do not require any type of return authorization or notification as long as returns are done in accordance with this policy. Returns from Montana Wood Works items must have prior authorization. If you need a different item, we prefer that you place a new order for the new item and send your return back for a refund (handled as two separate transactions). The purchaser is responsible for return shipping by the carrier of their choice and shipping charges are not normally refunded. (Shipments that are refused or marked "return to sender" will not be refunded as this creates additional fees and handling problems for us.) If upon inspection, the items you received are not the items you ordered or are defective or damaged, you should contact P.C. Fallon Co. within 48 hours of receiving your order for instructions. (If replacements are not desired for defective product, then it is still the customer's responsibility to return the items for a refund.)
We do not provide return labels. You may use the carrier of your choice. All returns, except for Thomasville Home Fashions items, and Montana Wood Works furniture items, regardless of origin, should be sent to the following address unless instructed otherwise:

*For Thomasville Home Fashions brand textiles, please refer to the return instructions enclosed with your order for the correct return address. *Please note, if you send a Thomasville item to our Thomaston address, you will be charged the shipping costs to Thomasville, plus a 10% restocking fee. We are not obligated to give refunds for returns sent to the incorrect address. Some of our orders are shipped direct from the manufacturer. These manufacturers are not set up to take returns.
Unless instructed otherwise, all returns should be sent to P.C. Fallon Co. at the address shown above. Packages shipped from the manufacturer may have the manufacturer's address on the package or on the packing slip. Do not return items to the manufacturer's address.
The returned items must be received by P.C. Fallon Co. within 30 days of receipt of the items by the customer. (30 days starting when you receive all of the items). The items must be unused and in the original factory packaging with all tags, etc. intact. Please include a copy of your order confirmation or your name and address and phone number. Credit can only be given to the account the items were purchased with. Check and money order purchases will receive a refund check. Items purchased from other retailers will not be accepted for return. Unless we are aware of a specific batch problem, we do not consider anything to do with the fragrances of our scented products as a defect as the perception of scents is subjective. We only accept return on unused and unopened scented products. If you refuse the package, you will not get a refund as we do not have or pay for "return services" on our shipments.
